As the first Vice President of Sales for High Fidelity Realty, my extensive Marketing, Sales and Operational management experience, in the Real Estate category in particular, bring a fresh, unique perspective on how to best achieve measurable ROI for real estate clients, both large and small.

With a creative, varied skill-set based on sound research and analytics, I apply strategic thinking to all aspects of the real estate business to best serve my buyer, seller and rental real estate clients. Based on my vast knowledge of the real estate market and a firm understanding of Chicago’s many diverse neighborhoods, I am especially adept at pin-pointing and valuating the best single-unit, multi-unit property and rental properties throughout the area. 

I started my real estate career in 2013 when I joined Jameson Sotheby’s International, one of the world’s premier real estate companies, after working in the Media Advertising industry in a local and corporate sales-management capacity for many years. During my days in the Media industry, I worked extensively on digital-marketing and event partnership initiatives with some of Chicago’s largest institutions and numerous real estate and apartment rental companies throughout the Chicagoland area.

During these past ten years, I have worked closely with John McGeown, one of Chicago’s top agents and owner of High Fidelity Realty and High Fidelity Property Management on sales and rental properties totaling in the multi-millions of dollars. Past sales include single-unit condos, new-construction single family homes, multi-unit investment properties and hundreds of quality rental units in the Chicagoland area from as far north as Rogers Park to as far south as Little Village.

High Fidelity Realty and its Property Management division (with over 1,000 units under its management), is located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, specializing in brokerage and management of boutique-style multi-unit and single-unit properties.

Born and raised in the city of Chicago and the western suburb of La Grange, I have lived with my wife, Kristal, and our four boisterous rescue dogs for many years in Chicago's North Center/Lincoln Square neighborhood. I am also a proud Kansas Jayhawk alum.
